The
County Coordinator's duties include establishing, with the direction,
concurrence and approval of the County Board of Commissioners, fiscal
and personnel policies governing the operation and management of Alpena
County. Additional duties and responsibilities are to review the various
statutory, administrative and policy functions of the Board of
Commissioners. Prepare the annual budget, oversee risk management,
leasing, service contracts and project management. Provides back-up
service to E-911 and Emergency Management. |
